Organic Lúcuma Fruit

Organic Kosher Purple Grape
Grapes rank with blueberries and blackberries as excellent sources of antioxidants. Most of the scientific research has centered on the health benefits of tart cherries. Sweet and tart cherries contain pigments called anthocyanins, antioxidants that give cherries their dark red color. Tart cherries are among the top fruits as far as antioxidant levels go. Tart cherry juice and dried tart cherries are even higher in antioxidants than blueberries and more powerful than Vitamin E. Anthocyanins have powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and according to the American Chemical Society, eating 20 tart cherries (or drinking the equivalent in juice concentrate) a day could provide the same pain relief that aspirin or ibuprofen do. Researchers in Texas recently discovered that tart cherries contain high levels of melatonin, an antioxidant produced naturally by the body that is thought to help slow the aging process as well as fight jetlag and regulate sleep. Eating tart cherries, particularly Montmorency tart cherries, can actually increase the levels of melatonin in the body.
Elderberry is used for its antioxidant activity, to lower cholesterol, improve vision, boost the immune system, improves heart health and for coughs, colds, flu, bacterial and viral infections and tonsillitis. Bioflavonoids and other proteins in the juice destroy the ability of cold and flu viruses to infect a cell. Elderberries contain organic pigments, tannin, amino acids, carotenoids, flavonoids, sugar, rutin, viburnic acid, vitamin A, B, and a large amount of vitamin C. Organic Red Raspberry
As an antioxidant food containing ellagic acid, raspberries help prevent unwanted damage to cell membranes and other structures in the body by neutralizing free radicals. Black Raspberry is scientifically known as Rubus Occidentalis. It is known as “King of Berries” or “Black Caps”. They contain anthocyanins, ellagic acid and antioxidants. So, they are very useful for the treatment of tumors as an anti tumor agent. Black Raspberry is also good for many other therapeutic uses. It has been proved that the extracts of black raspberry reduce the growth of colon and esophageal cancers as well as breast and cervical cancers.
